Mattress sizes can vary a bit, but they’re generally in these ranges. They may be an inch smaller to allow enough room for sheets to fit comfortably.

Standard Mattress Sizes:
- Twin: 39″ x 75″ (Also called: Single)
- Full: 54″ x 75″ (Also called: Double, Original, Standard)
- Queen: 60″ x 80″
- King: 76″ x 80″
Semi-Standard Mattress Sizes:
- Twin XL (extra long): 39″ x 80″
- Full XL (extra long): 54″ x 80″
- California King: 72″ x 84″
Unusual Mattress Sizes:
- 3/4 Bed: 48″ x 75″ or 48″ x 72″
- Narrow Twin: 30″ x 75″, 33″ x 75″, or 36″ x 75″
- Super Single Waterbed Insert: 46″ x 82″
- Queen Waterbed Insert: 58″ x 82″

Is that a pretty good mattress?
- Our starting model is not a “pretty good mattress”, it’s the basic starting model. Think hunting camps, campers, and other places where you don’t use a mattress very often. With that said, it is a lot better than some other base model mattresses we’ve seen!

Is that the best pillow-top model you carry?
- No, it’s not the best one. This one is decent, but we have others that are even more comfortable.
How many mattress models do you carry?
- We currently carry 17 different models. Just enough to give you a full range of options, without having too many to choose from.

What type of mattress do you recommend for back pain?
- Most people with back pain say that a firmer mattress helps them the most.
What type of mattress do you recommend for sore joints?
- Most people with joint pain will benefit from a mattress with memory foam, which helps to relieve pressure points.
Is it really called a “boxspring”?
- No, it’s technically called a foundation, since there are no springs in most “boxsprings” these days. But we still tend to call them boxsprings since that’s what most people know them as.
I don’t know what type of mattress to buy, but I want one that will last for a while. Can you help me figure it out?
